A Kansas City man died after being shot near an intersection where police later found an abandoned electric motorbike, turning the scene into a homicide investigation.
Officers were sent to the area of 48th Terrace and Vermont Avenue on Thursday, according to KMBC. The victim was taken to a hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
Police Found Motorbike And Shooting Evidence
A preliminary investigation indicates the victim was shot at the intersection, where officers also found the electric motorbike and evidence of gunfire. Kansas City police are investigating the death as a homicide.
