Knoxville police are asking locals to keep an eye out for 30-year-old Brooke Chasity Teffeteller, who is wanted in connection with a stolen vehicle case. Investigators say Teffeteller is known to spend time in the Edgewood Avenue area of Knoxville.
What authorities say
An East Tennessee Valley Crime Stoppers bulletin lists Teffeteller's date of birth as Jan. 25, 1996, and describes her as about 5-foot-2 and roughly 115 pounds, with brown hair, blue eyes and multiple tattoos on both arms and legs. The notice links her to Knoxville case 26-023871 and an active warrant numbered 1669611, and lists her last known address as Edgewood Avenue in Knoxville, according to East Tennessee Valley Crime Stoppers.

The Knoxville Police Department issued a "Wanted Person Alert" on its Facebook page on July 23, 2026, sharing photos and noting that the warrants were active as of that date. In the post, officers asked anyone with information to contact law enforcement instead of trying to confront or detain the person themselves, according to Knoxville Police Department - TN.

Anyone with information can submit an anonymous tip through East Tennessee Valley Crime Stoppers by calling the hotline at 877-363-8847, texting ETTIPS to 738477, using the P3 Tips mobile app or sending a web tip. Tipsters may remain anonymous, and tips that lead to an arrest could qualify for a cash reward of up to $2,000, according to East Tennessee Valley Crime Stoppers.

Officials urge the public not to approach anyone who matches the description and to call 911 if the person appears dangerous. They also ask people to preserve any photos or video and share them with investigators. "All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law," the department wrote in its Facebook post.
