A Sunday evening turned violent in north-central Phoenix when a man was stabbed and rushed to a hospital with life-threatening injuries, according to police. Officers found him bleeding just north of Camelback Road and called in medics, while detectives quickly began piecing together what happened.
According to KTAR News, officers responded to reports of a man bleeding near Central and Oregon avenues and discovered the victim suffering from stab wounds. He was taken to a trauma center with life-threatening injuries, and the suspect remained at large, police said.
