The deputy can clearly be heard asking, "In your belly button?" as other officers react in disbelief. The clip, released this week, shows the traffic check suddenly turning into a scene no one on that roadside was expecting.
As reported by News 9, the video was recorded in April and later shared by the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office. Deputies said they first spotted the man near Northeast 50th Street and Triple XXX Road and saw him toss an object into nearby grass. A search turned up what officers described as a meth pipe, and a subsequent frisk uncovered the small bag tucked into the suspect's belly button. The sheriff's office told News 9 the man was arrested on an outstanding warrant and was not charged for the small amount of drugs found on him.
