Nostalgia Wine & Jazz Lounge is getting a serious glow-up on Vine Street in Over-the-Rhine, with a build-out that will more than double its size and add a dedicated listening room called The B‑Side. Owner Tammie Scott is turning two neighboring storefronts into a multi-room hangout featuring the new music space, a catering kitchen for flatbreads and small bites, expanded patio seating, and a pool lounge for private events. The build-out, which increases the lounge from about 1,650 square feet to roughly 3,653 square feet, is expected to wrap in early 2027.
Scott has signed leases for 1428 and 1430 Vine Street, joining her existing 1432 location in 3CDC’s Behlen building. As reported by Cincinnati CityBeat, the expansion will allow Nostalgia, already known for a curated selection of roughly 40 wines and regular jazz and soul performances, to fold the new rooms into a larger, multi-space venue anchored by the B‑Side listening room, a catering kitchen and extra patio seating.

“Music is a universal language that brings people together across generations and backgrounds,” Scott told Cincinnati CityBeat. Nostalgia originally opened in the Behlen project during the pandemic, with 3CDC announcing the lounge’s grand opening in August 2020 and highlighting it as a key street-level tenant in the development. The organization has also emphasized its effort to lease storefronts to minority- and women-owned businesses across OTR, a priority it reiterated in its 2022 annual report, and officials have framed Nostalgia’s growth as part of that larger strategy.
