A masked, short and thin man is being sought after deputies say he entered multiple vehicles and stole property in a San Antonio, Florida, neighborhood. The overnight break-ins happened around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Osprey Peak Way area, according to the Pasco Sheriff's Office.
Pasco Sheriff's Office released an image of the suspect Thursday and identified the case as 26026555. Investigators describe him as a white male who was wearing black sweatpants, a black long-sleeve Champion shirt with writing on the sleeve, black shoes, a black face mask and an olive-green backpack.
What Deputies Say Happened
Deputies say the suspect unlawfully entered multiple vehicles in the Osprey Peak Way area and took items belonging to the victims. The sheriff's office did not announce an arrest or say whether any stolen property had been recovered in its public alert.
The request comes as Pasco authorities continue turning to surveillance images and neighborhood reports in property-crime investigations. In May, three people were arrested after deputies linked them to a series of late-night vehicle break-ins in Port Richey, as an earlier Hoodline report detailed.
