Downtown Vancouver is getting a new excuse to make a mess in public: Portland’s Toasted S’mores Bar plans to open across the river this summer. The new shop is expected to land at 1813 Main Street, marking the brand’s first Washington location.
According to a paid listing published by Portland Business Journal, Toasted will serve made-to-order s’mores, hot chocolate and seasonal specialties in downtown Vancouver. The company says the opening will include special menu items, grand-opening events and collaborations with Vancouver-area businesses. Its expansion comes after the brand established its Portland shop in 2025.
Made-To-Order S’mores Are Coming With Plenty Of Options
The current Toasted menu includes classics such as Car Camping, with vanilla marshmallow and milk chocolate, plus Mom’s Caramel, Berry Patch and rotating seasonal creations. One seasonal option, Green Thumb, combines pistachio spread and dark chocolate, while Monkey Business adds Nutella and fresh banana.
Toasted also offers vegan and gluten-free versions of several s’mores, giving the new shop a broader dessert lineup than the usual campfire assembly of chocolate, marshmallow and graham crackers. The company’s frozen hot chocolate, honey fizz and cold brew round out the drink menu.
The Portland location opened downtown in January 2025, according to Willamette Week, which described Toasted as a small dessert cafe built around customized s’mores. The shop’s Portland menu has included both familiar combinations and more adventurous flavor experiments, all prepared to order.
The Vancouver launch is expected to add a sticky new stop to the city’s downtown dessert scene, with opening events and local collaborations planned as the summer rollout takes shape. An exact grand-opening date has not yet been announced, but the marshmallows are apparently already headed north.
