Summerlin is getting a fresh import from the Southern California bar scene, as Finney's Crafthouse locks in plans to take over the former Wolfgang Puck space at Downtown Summerlin. The tavern group is aiming for a September 2026 opening and is building out a spot designed to seat about 230 guests, with roomy indoor space and a sizable outdoor patio. Co-owners Greg and Brad Finefrock say the new restaurant will bring the brand's family-friendly menu and sports-forward bar vibe to the neighborhood.

According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, the Downtown Summerlin location is scheduled to open in September 2026 at 10955 Oval Park Drive. The outlet reports that the buildout includes roughly 5,400 square feet of interior space, about 2,400 square feet of exterior patio, seating for approximately 230 people and about 20 high-definition televisions. The Review-Journal also lists hours as 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
Another Vegas Outpost
Downtown Summerlin will not be Finney's only play in the valley. The company has also confirmed a second Las Vegas location at Town Square, at 6563 S. Las Vegas Boulevard, with that project targeted for later in 2026. What Now Las Vegas spoke with Brad Finefrock, who confirmed both addresses and said the brand focused on the Las Vegas valley after scouting new markets.
What To Expect On The Menu
The chain's menu runs to more than 50 items and mixes pub staples with shareable plates, from buffalo cauliflower and crisp coconut shrimp to blackened shrimp and mahi-mahi tacos, the Review-Journal reports. The same report notes that Finney's is planning a robust beverage program, with roughly 30 rotating beers on tap and a slate of signature cocktails designed with groups and game nights in mind. The seating layout, screen count and tap lineup all point straight at Summerlin's sports crowd.

The Downtown Summerlin address previously housed Wolfgang Puck's Bar & Grill, a longtime anchor of the shopping center.
