Modern Market Eatery's Southlake outpost in Park Village quietly shut its doors on June 10, leaving a compact fast casual storefront empty and regulars wondering where their go-to salads and bowls disappeared to. The closure erased one of Southlake's quicker, healthier lunch options along the shopping center's restaurant row.
As reported by Community Impact, a note taped to the door confirmed the mid-June shutdown and listed the location as closed June 10. The outlet also gives the address as 1161 E. Southlake Blvd., Ste. 260, and notes the chain now maintains only two Texas locations in the area.
What It Sold
The Southlake shop offered a menu of salads, chef bowls, sandwiches, pizzas and soups, along with bottled lemonades, juices and fresh-brewed teas, according to the brand's menu. Modern Market highlights made-from-scratch ingredients and seasonal bowls across its offerings.
Listings Confirm The Shift
Third-party ordering platforms tell the same story. The Park Village Modern Market is now marked as not active for orders on some apps, and the DoorDash page for the Southlake location flags the restaurant as unavailable. DoorDash and other delivery pages previously carried the full Modern Market menu and hours.
What Comes Next For The Space
There has been no public statement so far from Modern Market or Park Village property management about whether the lease will be re-tenanted or if the company plans to reopen nearby. This story will be updated if the company or property managers provide comment.
