
A southwest Oklahoma City neighborhood was jolted Wednesday morning when a husband and wife were found shot to death inside their home in what detectives are calling an apparent murder-suicide. Police identified the victims as 64-year-old Bruce Hudson and 62-year-old Deanna Hudson.
Officers with the Oklahoma City Police Department were dispatched just after 10 a.m. to a reported shooting near Southwest 4th Street and South Czech Hall Road. When they went inside the home, they found the couple dead from gunshot wounds, according to News 9.
Police say husband shot wife, then himself
Investigators say early evidence indicates that Bruce Hudson shot and killed his wife before turning the gun on himself. Detectives stated that “the investigation is ongoing,” as reported by News 9. A possible motive has not been released.
Police ask for tips
Oklahoma City police say there are no outstanding suspects and that the case remains active as detectives continue to collect evidence and interview potential witnesses.
