A woman in her 30s was stabbed multiple times inside a West Side apartment Monday evening and rushed to a hospital with life-threatening injuries, according to San Antonio police. Officers were called for a cutting-in-progress and found her inside the unit, badly wounded. The attacker had already taken off before officers arrived.
Police told KENS-TV the suspect is believed to be a man in his 20s or 30s who rode away from the scene on a bicycle. Witnesses said another person might have left with him as officers canvassed the area for clues. Medics rushed the victim to a nearby hospital, where she remained in critical condition Monday night.
