According to WKRC Local 12, Cincinnati police identified the suspect as 45-year-old Dominic Duncan and said the incident happened Saturday on Day Court near Queen City Avenue. The station reports that Duncan is accused of punching the victim in the face several times, then repeatedly striking the man's head with a brick. He is charged with assault and felonious assault.
