Mason’s $150 million District at Deerfield is getting another nightlife tenant, with Four Entertainment Group bringing its Beeline craft-cocktail bar to the suburban Cincinnati development in late August. The opening would give the growing district another after-dark draw as its restaurant and entertainment lineup continues to fill in.
According to Local 12, Beeline will be 4EG’s 25th establishment and its fourth Beeline location. It will also be the group’s second Beeline in Greater Cincinnati, joining the existing Newport on the Levee bar, while the brand also operates in Columbus and Naples, Florida.
Beeline Permit Covers Drink Service Only
Warren County building records show a $1.5 million tenant-finish permit for Beeline’s planned space at 5200 District Park Drive, Suite G110. The March filing describes the project as a nightclub tenant finish for “drink service only” and says no food is included in the listed scope, according to Warren County building records.
That setup fits Beeline’s existing identity as a cocktail-focused venue rather than a full-service restaurant. The brand’s Columbus location features specialty drinks including the Smokestack, made with tequila, blood orange, lime, agave and a mist of mezcal, along with martinis and other craft cocktails, according to Beeline’s Columbus site.
A New Bar For Deerfield’s Urban-Style Suburbia
The District at Deerfield is being developed on 28 acres between Mason-Montgomery Road and Wilkens Boulevard, just south of Deerfield Towne Center. The project is planned to include 95,000 square feet of street-level retail and restaurant space, plus 362 apartments, in what Deerfield Township describes as a pedestrian-friendly, urban-style environment.
Beeline will join a tenant mix that already includes 50 West Brewing, 101 Craft Kitchen, Jeni’s Ice Cream and PINS Mechanical. Other Cincinnati restaurant names, including The Eagle with CityBird and Pepp & Dolores, are also planned for the development, FOX19 reported earlier this year.
The Beeline name is a nod to the railway that once connected Cincinnati and Columbus, giving the new suburban bar a bit of local history along with its cocktail menu. 4EG has not announced an exact opening date or operating hours, but the company is targeting late August for the District at Deerfield debut, according to Local 12’s report.
