Rain is barely part of the picture, with precipitation chances staying near zero through the day. The National Weather Service expects mostly cloudy conditions today, followed by a partly cloudy night and a low near 58.
Afternoon Winds Pick Up
Today’s northwest winds will run from 2 to 10 mph, with gusts reaching 18 mph. The breeze should be most noticeable from the afternoon into the evening, offering a little relief as temperatures ease back from the high near 78.
Weekend Brings More Sun
Tomorrow looks mostly sunny with a high near 81, while next Sunday nudges up to about 82. Overnight lows will remain seasonably mild, landing near 59 degrees both nights.
The cooler-than-recently-hot pattern continues into next week, with highs around 81 next Monday, 80 next Tuesday and 82 next Wednesday. Next Thursday may be the warmest day in the extended forecast at about 83, but dry conditions are expected throughout.
