A former Plaquemines Parish Sheriff’s Office employee is facing six counts of molestation of a juvenile in a case involving allegations that date back more than two decades. Thomas Howard was arrested by the Plaquemines Parish Sheriff’s Office and charged with six counts of molestation of a juvenile, according to WDSU, citing the agency. Howard began working for the Sheriff’s Office in 2015 but was a former employee by the time of his arrest.
