West Phoenix is getting another Dutch Bros, with a new coffee stand planned along 43rd Avenue near Interstate 10. The caffeine chain’s latest Phoenix outpost will add another quick-stop option to a busy stretch just south of McDowell Road.
The Arizona Republic reports that the roughly 1,800-square-foot shop is planned at 1350 N. 43rd Ave., just north of I-10 and south of McDowell. Once open, it is expected to become Dutch Bros’ 11th location in Phoenix.
The company’s Phoenix location directory currently lists 10 existing shops, most built around the brand’s familiar pickup-window and drive-thru format. The new location would expand the chain’s footprint farther into west Phoenix, where a convenient coffee run can be as much about freeway access as the beverage itself.
43rd Avenue Corridor Already Due For Changes
The planned shop is arriving as the broader 43rd Avenue corridor is already slated for safety and mobility improvements. The City of Phoenix says it is designing upgrades from McDowell Road to the Grand Canal, including work around the 43rd Avenue and McDowell Road intersection.
The Arizona Republic’s report did not identify an opening date or provide a construction schedule for the Dutch Bros. For now, the project means west Phoenix has another recognizable retail sign headed its way—and another likely contender for the morning drive-thru line.
