Showers and thunderstorms could develop after 2 p.m., with a 40% chance of rain Tuesday afternoon and evening, according to the National Weather Service. Storm chances remain possible through about 9 p.m. before skies turn partly cloudy, with overnight temperatures dropping to around 70.
Storms Arrive After 2 p.m.
Most of the day should stay dry, making the morning and early afternoon the better window for outdoor plans. Later storms may bring brief heavy rain, lightning or gusty winds, and slow-moving downpours could create isolated flooding, though the overall flooding risk is expected to remain very low.
