That silence leaves open the central question hanging over the filing: whether this Sip N Dip has any connection to the well-known Sip ‘N Dip Donuts in St. Cloud or to the now-closed Sips & Dips, also of St. Cloud.
Sip ‘N Dip Donuts has built a following in St. Cloud over the years, running its original shop on 13th Street and later opening a second location in the Winn-Dixie plaza on East Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway. The shop even earned a shoutout from local readers when it was left off a 2020 regional roundup of top Orlando doughnut spots, with commenters noting that outer-ring Osceola County eateries carry loyal followings even when city-centric lists skip them, according to Hoodline's earlier coverage.
