Pentatonix is heading back to Milwaukee for a second dose of holiday harmonies, with the Grammy-winning a cappella group set to perform at Fiserv Forum on November 14, 2026. The stop is part of the quintet's Christmas in the City tour, which will crisscross 28 arenas across North America in November and December.
The group announced the Milwaukee date on Thursday, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, which reported the news in a piece written by Piet Levy. This marks the second time Pentatonix has brought a Christmas concert to Milwaukee, following their performance at the same downtown arena in December 2024 as part of their Hallelujah! It's A Christmas Tour.
Presale registration opens Monday, August 10, 2026, through ptxofficial.com, while tickets for the general public go on sale August 14 at 10 a.m., available at the Fiserv Forum box office, located at 1111 N. Phillips Ave. in Milwaukee, and through fiservforum.com. Ticket prices have not yet been announced.
A Holiday Album Fuels the New Tour
The Christmas in the City tour takes its name from Pentatonix's eighth holiday studio album of the same title, released on October 24, 2025, according to uDiscoverMusic. The record features tracks including “Bah Humbug” alongside a virtual duet with Frank Sinatra, giving the 2026 arena run fresh material to build around even as the group leans on its now-familiar holiday touring formula.
Pentatonix formed in Arlington, Texas, after winning season 3 of NBC's The Sing-Off in 2011. The current lineup includes Scott Hoying, Mitch Grassi, Kirstin Maldonado, Kevin Olusola, and Matt Sallee, who joined the group as vocal bass in 2017. Maldonado has performed in the Milwaukee area before, appearing during Pentatonix's Christmas Spectacular show at the Resch Center in Ashwaubenon, Wisconsin, on November 29, 2022.
From Reality TV Winners to Arena Headliners
The group's holiday music has become a genuine commercial juggernaut. Their 2014 release That's Christmas to Me went double-platinum and became the highest-charting holiday album by a group on the Billboard charts since 1962, while their 2016 album A Pentatonix Christmas hit platinum certification and No. 1 on the Billboard 200, according to Ticketmaster. As of 2026, Pentatonix has sold more than 10 million albums worldwide.
The group's résumé extends beyond record sales. Pentatonix won three consecutive Grammy Awards between 2015 and 2017, taking back-to-back honors for Best Arrangement, Instrumental or A Cappella in 2015 and 2016, and Best Country Duo/Group Performance alongside Dolly Parton for “Jolene” in 2017. They were also honored with the 2,748th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on February 21, 2023, in the category of Live Theatre/Live Performance.
Fiserv Forum's Track Record With the Group
Fiserv Forum has hosted Pentatonix before outside the holiday season, too. During a summer show on June 18, 2019, the group played the venue alongside opening act Rachel Platten, drawing an attendance of 9,694 and grossing $474,141. The downtown arena, which opened in August 2018 at a total construction cost of $524 million, can seat up to 18,000 spectators for concerts, according to Populous.
The November stop in Milwaukee comes ahead of a broader international push for the group, which scheduled a spring 2026 UK and European arena tour to support its global release slate, per Stereoboard. Hoodline previously covered the group's 2024 Milwaukee stop, and this year's Fiserv Forum date suggests the group's holiday shows have become an expected annual fixture for local concertgoers rather than a rare treat.
