Friday night will stay partly cloudy with a low around 76, but the air could still feel as hot as 105. Saturday will bring another mostly sunny afternoon with a high near 96 and heat index values up to 110.
A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms arrives late Saturday afternoon, mainly between 4 and 5 p.m., with a 20% chance of rain. Storm chances rise to 30% Saturday night before gradually easing, though a brief heavy downpour or gusty storm remains possible.
