San Antonio has a new kind of bar, and the only thing getting poured is skincare. Face Foundrié has opened at Alamo Quarry with personalized facials, brow and lash services, and quick treatments designed for customers who want a little self-care without committing to an all-day spa visit.
The newly opened facial bar was featured Monday on KSAT’s SA Live, which described the business as a modern, inclusive destination for results-driven treatments. The segment featured Jen and Jada visiting the San Antonio location and taking a closer look at the chain’s approach to personalized skincare.
Face Foundrié Brings Fast, Focused Facials To Alamo Quarry
The San Antonio outpost is the first local location for the growing facial-bar brand and is locally owned by native San Antonian Dixie Patel, according to Community Impact. The business was announced as an open-concept beauty bar offering facials, targeted enhancements, lash services, skincare, brow waxing and henna.
Face Foundrié’s current San Antonio listing places the business at 320 E. Basse Road and shows it open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, with weekend hours running from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., according to the company’s official location page. The shop also lists a local phone number and offers appointment booking through the brand’s system.
The menu is built around different time commitments and skin goals. Face Foundrié says its signature focused facials run 40 minutes, while mini facials take about 20 minutes; customers can also add services such as dermaplaning, chemical peels, LED light therapy, facial cupping, gua sha and scalp massage, according to the company’s service overview.
A San Antonio Beauty Business Built Around Convenience
The concept was created for people who want professional skincare without the scheduling hassle traditionally associated with spa visits. As CultureMap San Antonio reported, founder Michele Henry launched the brand in 2019 after looking for more accessible, same-day facial services, and the chain now combines facials with brow, lash and waxing treatments.
For Alamo Quarry shoppers, that means the appointment can be brief, targeted and easy to fold into an otherwise busy day. The local shop also offers memberships that include recurring facial services and product discounts, so the glow-up can become a routine rather than a one-time emergency before an event.
In other words, customers walking into this bar should not expect a cocktail menu or a happy hour. They should expect cleansers, masks, tools, treatment beds and a staff focused on helping San Antonians leave with skin that looks a little more refreshed than when they arrived.
