Weekend Heat Builds Quickly
Friday brings the first clear jump, with a high near 92, followed by a Saturday peak around 95. Overnight lows will range from the upper 50s tonight to the mid-60s Saturday night, offering only limited relief as the warm spell settles in.

Dry Hills Raise Fire Concerns

No watches or warnings are posted for San Jose, but the combination of heat, dryness and breezy afternoons is a good reason to avoid activities that could ignite brush.
