The first crash occurred around 5:17 a.m. near Highway P and Wortman Road, according to First Alert 4. The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a 19-year-old Eureka man was traveling too fast through a turn when his motorcycle slid off the road and ejected him.

Later Sunday, at about 11:35 a.m., a 21-year-old St. Peters man crashed on eastbound Interstate 70 west of Spencer Road. The initial details posted through the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash portal say the motorcycle began skidding after its front tire wobbled, then flipped multiple times and slid across the pavement.
