Raiders fans headed into Allegiant Stadium this season will find something new on the 100-level concourse: a full-service Taco Bell Cantina pouring draft beer and specialty cocktails alongside Doritos Locos Tacos. It is the NFL's first-ever Taco Bell Cantina, and the first Cantina to open inside a professional football venue, giving Las Vegas another first-of-its-kind claim as the Raiders prepare to kick off their home slate.
The stadium's anchor dish, called the Manager Mendoza Special, runs $24.15 and pairs regular or large Nacho Fries with nacho cheese sauce, one Doritos Locos Taco and five Crispy Chicken Strips, according to LVSportsBiz. The name is a tribute to Raiders rookie quarterback Fernando Mendoza, the 2025 Heisman Trophy winner and national champion at Indiana who went No. 1 overall in the 2026 NFL Draft and signed on as Taco Bell's official Franchise Player in February 2026, as reported by Men's Journal.
SG Ellison, the Taco Bell franchisee and CEO of Diversified Restaurant Group, said the company is excited to partner with the Las Vegas Raiders to bring a first-of-its-kind Cantina to Raider Nation at Allegiant Stadium, according to FOX5 Vegas. Beyond the Mendoza meal, the menu includes shareable Luxe Cravings Boxes, Raiders-themed cocktails and alcoholic Twisted Freezes, per the same outlet.
Pricing Sits Well Above the Stadium's Budget Menu
Those Luxe Cravings Boxes are priced between $15.99 and $21.99, placing the Cantina squarely above Allegiant Stadium's budget-friendly House Deals menu, which sells hot dogs, chips with cheese and small sodas for $3 each, per LVSportsBiz. It is a clear split in strategy: one menu built for fans who want a quick, cheap bite, and another built around a full sit-down bar experience with branded merchandise appeal.
Adam Feldman, vice president of ticket and sales operations for the Las Vegas Raiders, said in September 2026 that partnering with national brands like Taco Bell is meant to elevate the fan experience and raise the standard for stadium food and beverage offerings, according to LVSportsBiz. The Cantina sits on the 100-level main concourse near the north end zone outside Section 140, and the space features 14 beverage taps, LED light displays and custom murals, according to QSR Web. It will operate during Raiders home games, UNLV football games and major stadium concerts.
A Decade-Old Concept Finds a New Home Field
Taco Bell first launched its alcohol-serving Cantina format back in September 2015, debuting simultaneously in Chicago's Wicker Park and San Francisco's SoMa district, and the brand has since grown the urban fast-casual concept to more than 50 locations nationwide, according to Nation's Restaurant News. Diversified Restaurant Group happened to open one of those very first Cantinas, and the brand's first franchisee-operated one, in that same SoMa neighborhood near Oracle Park in September 2015, the trade publication notes.
DRG already runs a flagship Taco Bell Cantina on the Las Vegas Strip at Harmon Corner, which opened in November 2016 and generates roughly $8 million in annual revenue. That location is also known for a second-floor wedding chapel that has hosted more than 1,600 weddings, according to QSR Magazine. The Allegiant Stadium outpost marks DRG's second Taco Bell Cantina in Las Vegas.
Headquartered in Las Vegas, DRG operates more than 360 Taco Bell and Arby's locations across California, Nevada, Kansas and Missouri, and the company was named QSR Magazine's 2025 Franchisee of the Year, per Nation's Restaurant News. Fox5 Vegas separately reports the franchisee's footprint spans California, Nevada and Kansas City.
Part of a Bigger Push Into Non-Traditional Venues
The stadium debut fits a broader pattern of Taco Bell chasing high-foot-traffic locations beyond standalone restaurants. The chain's Cantina brand made its airport debut at Denver International Airport's Concourse A in May 2026, operated by concessionaire Mission Yogurt, Inc., according to Nation's Restaurant News.
Raiders fans will get their first taste of the new Cantina setup when the team opens its home schedule on Sunday against the Miami Dolphins at Allegiant Stadium, according to Fox5 Vegas.
