A parking-lot argument at a northwest Oklahoma City apartment complex turned violent early Wednesday when a 23-year-old man allegedly kicked and pounded on a woman's car before pulling out a gun, pointing a green laser at a group of people, and threatening to shoot them in the head. Oklahoma City police arrested Quintrail Armstrong on a felony complaint of aggravated assault following the confrontation, which unfolded around 2 a.m. near NW 36th Street and Meridian Avenue.
According to KOKH, officers were called to the apartment complex after a report of a man pointing a gun at a car. Police say Armstrong had been arguing with people in the parking lot and grew angry, telling everyone to leave. When they didn't move fast enough for him, he allegedly kicked the car, broke its mirror, and struck both the driver's side window and the hood.
The driver stopped the car and told Armstrong she would not leave until he stopped hitting her vehicle, per the same report. That's when, police say, Armstrong pulled out a gun and pointed a green laser at the group, threatening to shoot them in the head. The driver then took off for a nearby street, but Armstrong followed and blocked the group in, according to the outlet's account.

Just two days before Armstrong's arrest, a 911 caller reported an unconfirmed incident at 4408 NW 36th St., according to the Citizen app. A fatal shooting of an innocent bystander was also reported.
