Cincinnati Magazine's 13th annual Slice Night is set to take over Yeatman's Cove next Wednesday, Sept. 30, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., bringing unlimited pizza from 10 Greater Cincinnati favorites to the city's riverfront. This year's event also comes with a notable change behind the scenes: the proceeds are headed to a new beneficiary.
Tickets, Prices and What's Included
Advance admission runs $20 for adults and $10 for kids under 10, with all-you-can-eat pizza included in the price, according to Cincinnati Magazine. Online ticket sales close at 4 p.m. on Sept. 30, though latecomers can still pay $25 at the door. For guests wanting a little extra, VIP tickets cost $75 and include access to a dedicated tasting tent experience sponsored by Colavita, per EverythingCincy.
The lineup of participating pizzerias includes LaRosa's, Dewey's, Goodfellas, Krimmer's, Terry's, Pop's Pizza, Taglio's, Donatos, Bourbon House and Pizza Patts, the outlet reports. That's a shorter roster than in years past — the 2025 edition featured pizza from more than a dozen popular Greater Cincinnati pizzerias, according to the University of Cincinnati. A New Cause Behind the Pizza
Perhaps the biggest shift for 2026 is where the money goes. Proceeds from this year's Slice Night will support Cincinnati Cancer Advisors, a change from the event's longtime beneficiary, the University of Cincinnati Cancer Center, the report notes. Cincinnati Magazine presents the event in partnership with Cincinnati Cancer Advisors, with all proceeds benefiting the organization, according to the magazine's own event page.
The switch marks a departure from more than a decade of fundraising history. Slice Night events had raised more than $351,000 for the University of Cincinnati Cancer Center since the event began in 2014, the university announced ahead of last year's gathering. That 2025 edition, held Sept. 10 at Yeatman's Cove, saw 100 percent of proceeds benefit cancer patients and care teams at the UC Cancer Center, with general admission priced the same as this year — $20 in advance or $25 at the door, and $10 for children 10 and younger.
Big Crowds Expected on the Riverfront
Organizers are bracing for a packed house. More than 1,500 people are expected to attend, and organizers say tickets will likely sell out, according to EverythingCincy.
