According to the Cincinnati Police Department,
Storey is listed as 6 feet tall and weighs 180 pounds. He was born April 22, 2009.
A Cross-Town Search Spanning Two Police Districts
Hartwell sits within Cincinnati Police District 4, which patrols 11 neighborhoods including Hartwell, Clifton, Avondale, Bond Hill, Carthage, Corryville, North Avondale, Paddock Hills, Roselawn, Spring Grove Village and Winton Hills, according to the City of Cincinnati. Price Hill falls instead under District 3, the city's largest west-side patrol area, which covers 18 neighborhoods.
The search may involve multiple neighborhoods and transit corridors, requiring coordination between separate police districts.
How Ohio Handles Juvenile Runaway Cases
Storey's case fits a broader statewide pattern. Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost's office reported in a Missing Children Clearinghouse update released in May that 15,367 missing children reports were filed statewide in 2025, with 97.8 percent of those youth, or 15,024 children, safely recovered by year's end. Runaway incidents made up roughly half of all juvenile missing-persons reports that year, totaling 7,656 cases, while noncustodial and stranger abductions combined accounted for fewer than 30 cases statewide, per the Scioto Post's coverage of the report.
