Downtown El Paso will host its first Cafecito Crawl on Saturday, October 17, 2026, bringing ticket holders to 10 coffee shops, cafés and sweet spots for a self-guided morning tasting tour.

The crawl runs from 9 a.m. to noon, according to 93.1 KISS FM. Participants must check in and pick up their commemorative mugs at Aloft Downtown, 303 Texas Ave., between 8:30 and 11 a.m. The Downtown El Paso Management District is organizing the event as an effort to bring visitors to local businesses.

Tickets cost $20 and include eight four-ounce coffee samples, two pastry samples and a commemorative mug. Ticket holders also receive a crawl guide and punch card, while organizers say admission is limited.

No Set Route, No Wrong Way to Do It

The event has no required route. Participants can choose the order in which they visit the 10 locations and set their own pace during the three-hour crawl.

Parking and transit

Visitors driving downtown can use the Union Plaza Parking Garage at 400 W. San Antonio Ave.; Sun Metro lists parking there as available for a fee and notes that the streetcar is nearby.

The participating businesses are Casita Azul Café, Café Rosé, District Coffee, Breakroom Coffee, Coffee Box, The House Coffee Shop, Proof & Press, The Reagan, Dulce at Hotel Paso del Norte and Brand My Cookie.

Punch Cards Lead to a Grand-Prize Drawing

Participants who collect punches at all 10 stops can enter the event's grand-prize drawing.

The Cafecito Crawl follows earlier summer and holiday bar crawls in downtown, extending the district's multi-stop event format to coffee and pastries.
