Christopher Davey, a 25-year-old man, died after being stabbed multiple times in the torso near 882 Albany Avenue in East Flatbush on Friday evening, and the two men accused of attacking him remain on the run. The stabbing happened around 5:30 p.m., and police say the suspects drove off headed north on Albany Avenue immediately afterward.
According to News 12 Brooklyn, paramedics rushed the victim to Kings County Hospital following the attack. Police reported the man suffered multiple stab wounds to the torso, and News 12 reported that Christopher Davey died after being transported to the hospital. As of that evening, no arrests had been made.
One suspect was last seen wearing a white tank top and blue jeans, but authorities did not immediately have a description of the second alleged attacker, the outlet's report notes. It remains unclear whether the victim knew either of the men accused of stabbing him.

The area near Albany Avenue falls within the jurisdiction of the NYPD's 67th Precinct, headquartered at 2820 Snyder Avenue and covering East Flatbush and Remsen Village, according to a precinct overview from UrbanAreas.net. Detectives from that command are investigating Friday's stabbing.
A Street With a Recent History of Knife Violence
This is not the first serious stabbing along Albany Avenue this year. In June, Hoodline reported on another critical stabbing just blocks away at 782 Albany Avenue, part of what the dossier describes as a recent pattern of serious knife-related violence along that corridor. East Flatbush has also seen other violent incidents in recent months, including a fatal and non-fatal stabbing in a residential building in May and a multi-wound stabbing on Winthrop Street in August.
