The site itself is currently empty, per the report, but it sits in a well-trafficked pocket of the West Side. Across Bauxite Street from the future headquarters are a Domino's Pizza, an Ace Cash Express and an AutoZone, giving the new building some established commercial neighbors once it's up.
Other nearby landmarks include the Doniphan Apartments, the El Pavon apartment complex and Mikes Cut and Style, rounding out a corridor that mixes housing, retail and personal services.
