A few showers and thunderstorms may linger through the morning. The day should remain in the 60s and 70s under widespread low-level cloud cover.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected to wind down later Monday morning, although a stray shower or storm remains possible into midafternoon. The National Weather Service says north-to-northeast winds will stay at 12 knots or less, and no watches, warnings or advisories are in effect.
Cooler Air Settles In
Monday night will be mostly cloudy with a low near 63 degrees. Tuesday will be cooler, with a high around 74.
The rest of the workweek brings a welcome stretch of mild, mostly dry weather. Wednesday should bring generally cool, relatively dry conditions, followed by gradual warming through the 70s Thursday and Friday.
A Brief Shower Chance Returns Saturday
Saturday could bring limited rainfall. Temperatures then warm into the low 80s by next weekend.
