Rockstar Games has officially announced Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, with six tracks identified so far, including a new Travis Scott cut produced by one half of Daft Punk. The announcement lands just two months before the game itself launches, giving fans their first real taste of what will be blasting out of car radios in Vice City.

The outlet reports the album will include new tracks from both Travis Scott and rock legend Keith Richards, with Morgan Wallen also confirmed as part of the lineup. Travis Scott's contribution is a track titled “RHYNO,” produced by Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, best known as one half of the electronic duo Daft Punk.
Presave Now, Physical Copies Later
Fans eager to hear selected songs from the record ahead of time can already presave them on Spotify, Deezer and Apple Music, per the same report. The digital rollout comes well ahead of physical formats, which will follow a different timeline. As reported by de.ign.com, Rockstar Games and Atlantic Records are set to release the physical soundtrack on November 19, offered as a double-LP vinyl edition for roughly 52 euros or a CD edition for 17 euros.
That release date lines up with the long-awaited launch of the game itself. Grand Theft Auto VI is scheduled to arrive on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S on November 19, 2026, according to omelete.com.br's report, meaning players will be able to boot up the open world and hear the new soundtrack in context the very same day.
Travis Scott's Long History With the Franchise
As KLAQ notes, Rockstar Games has reported that at least one musical artist will represent Texas on the Grand Theft Auto VI soundtrack, with Travis Scott, a Houston native, currently the only confirmed artist for that role so far. This isn't his first appearance in the franchise. Travis Scott was previously featured on Grand Theft Auto V, where his song “Upper Echelon” played on the in-game radio and he also appeared as a guest artist on Kodak Black's “ZEZE.” Both tracks aired on the game's Radio Los Santos station.
Travis Scott isn't the first Texas artist to soundtrack a Grand Theft Auto game, either. Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas featured Dallas artist The D.O.C. on Radio Los Santos with his track “It's Funky Enough,” while Grand Theft Auto IV put Houston's own ZZ Top on Liberty Rock Radio with the song “Thug.” Grand Theft Auto V went further still, featuring Texas talent, according to KLAQ's rundown of the franchise's Texas music history.
