Isaac “Pitbull” Cruz remains the headliner for Saturday’s card and will defend his interim WBC super lightweight title against Nestor Bravo. The scheduled co-main event between interim WBC middleweight champion Jesus Ramos Jr. and Meiirim Nursultanov was postponed after Ramos became ill and was hospitalized, according to Sports Illustrated and The Ring.
How the card changed
Ramos was scheduled to make a mandatory defense against Kazakhstan’s Meiirim Nursultanov. That bout is expected to be rescheduled, and Premier Boxing Champions has elevated the undefeated Daniel Blancas-Sergio Jimenez fight to the co-main-event slot, according to Yardbarker. Blancas of Milwaukee and Jimenez of Mexicali are scheduled for 10 rounds at super middleweight. The four-fight main card will be available on DAZN, Sports Illustrated reported.
The main-event matchup
Cruz enters with a 28-3-2 record and 18 knockouts. He drew with Lamont Roach in December 2025, according to Yardbarker.
Bravo brings a 24-1 record and 17 knockouts.
Other fights on the lineup
Marco Verde, a Paris 2024 Olympic silver medalist for Mexico, will face Calgary’s Guillermo Hernandez in an eight-round middleweight contest. Eumir Marcial is scheduled to meet Omar Ulises Huerta.
