A 21-year-old man was ejected from a pickup truck during a Thursday night crash on northbound Interstate 55 north of Richardson Road in Jefferson County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol told First Alert 4 that the driver was taken to a hospital with serious injuries. Troopers said he lost control of the pickup, which crossed the lanes and went off the left side of the highway.
Truck Flipped After Hitting Median Wall
The pickup struck a concrete median wall and flipped, according to the patrol's account.
