A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms arrives after 2 p.m., with the odds increasing into the evening. The National Weather Service forecast calls for a mostly sunny day with light northwest winds, but some storms could bring damaging wind gusts, according to the National Weather Service.

Sunday looks somewhat cooler with a high near 91 and a small afternoon storm chance, followed by a high near 90 on Labor Day with another chance of thunderstorms after 2 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday turn sunny and hot, with highs around 91 and 92, while Thursday reaches about 93 with another slight storm chance.
Overnight lows should generally settle in the upper 60s to low 70s through the week. Friday brings another chance of showers and thunderstorms, but the forecast remains mostly sunny between those storm windows.
