The location, at 2405 Centreville Road in Herndon, sits next to a Starbucks, according to WhatNow. Mezeh is inheriting a restaurant space that WhatNow reports measures 3,167 square feet, while theburn.com describes the same footprint as roughly 3,200 square feet, the size once occupied by the shuttered Noodles & Co.
That prior tenant closed earlier this summer, per theburn.com, leaving the storefront empty ahead of Mezeh's announced move. The Village Center at Dulles website already lists Mezeh at the property, though the chain has not yet added the Herndon address to its own company website, and no timeline for opening has emerged from either source.

The closest existing Mezeh restaurants to Herndon are currently in Leesburg and Reston, according to the same outlet.
