The move was reported by The Courier-Journal, which notes that Louisville-based investment firm Neace Ventures acquired the property. Neace Ventures also lists the Parlour Pizza + Pints brand among its investments, alongside historic local names like Falls City Beer, founded in 1905, and Old 502 Winery, according to Neace Ventures.
A Building That Has Seen Three Tenants in Two Years
Dundee Tavern was the longtime former occupant of the address. Derby City Pizza operated most recently at 2224 Dundee Road, according to 502 Restaurants. Parlour Pizza + Pints is now set to become the site's second occupant since Dundee Tavern closed.

In November 2024, the firm acquired a strategic investment stake in Scottish spirits producer Bothy Trading, maker of Gin Bothy, partnering with the owners of Dundee Football Club in Scotland to help drive the brand's U.S. expansion, according to The Spirits Business.
