A 64-year-old Portland woman who requires daily medical care has not been seen since Monday, Sept. 21, and the Washington County Sheriff's Office is asking the public for help finding her. A separate Oregon missing-person case
In a separate Oregon City case, KATU reported that 93-year-old Fred Francis Leach, who had dementia, was reported missing after leaving his residence around 7:20 a.m. on Sept. 19, 2026. Police later said Leach was found.
