Dorman Lynn Cranston, 62, was struck on September 15 while crossing a Loop 410 access road near Rigsby Avenue in a marked crosswalk, according to KSAT. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said the driver did not stop to render aid, and no arrest had been announced more than a week later.
