The Hideout tournament is not the only cause tied to Metzner's fundraising work. He has also been linked to Bourbon for Badges, described as a sixth annual fundraiser for first responders and veteran causes that features bourbon tastings, VIP experiences, live music and community engagement, according to an interview posted on ivoox.com. That event has been described as supporting veterans through the St. Louis Blues Warriors and the St. Louis Fire Department Women's Auxiliary Local 73.
