Saturday should remain mostly sunny through the morning, with storms possible after 2 p.m., a high near 90 and a 70% rain chance. That matches the 70% Saturday outlook in Thursday's Hoodline forecast, but the weekend pattern could become wetter Saturday night.

People heading outside Friday or over the weekend should keep an indoor backup available, particularly during afternoon storms, when lightning, sudden downpours and locally gusty winds can develop quickly.
