The break may be brief. Saturday currently has a 70% chance of showers and thunderstorms, with rainfall totals potentially reaching a quarter-inch to a half-inch. Sunday looks warmer and partly sunny near 83, though a few showers or storms remain possible.
Warmth Returns Next Week
Monday should stay partly sunny near 82, while Tuesday could climb to about 87 before another chance of afternoon showers and thunderstorms. The National Weather Service outlook keeps unsettled weather in play through Wednesday, so Pittsburgh's forecast is not exactly ready to settle down.
