The Cincinnati Police Department reported the shooting and hospitalization, according to FOX19, which detailed the man's escape to the Holland Drive residence. Police have not identified any suspects. Holland Drive and Strand Lane themselves lie within or adjacent to Winton Terrace, a public housing community of more than 600 townhouses operated by the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority.
