A Brussels-based electronic body music duo is set to make its first appearance in Orlando this Saturday, bringing a sound built on pounding EBM rhythms and icy coldwave textures to The Abbey downtown. Ultra Sunn, the project of vocalist Sam Huge and synth player Gaelle Souflet, headlines the show as part of its Beast In You Tour, with Soft Vein and L.U.S.T. rounding out the bill.
According to Orlando Shine, the performance marks Ultra Sunn's debut Orlando show, a milestone also confirmed by Heroes Live Entertainment, which lists the concert for Saturday, October 10, 2026, at The Abbey in downtown Orlando. The promoter's listing names Soft Vein and L.U.S.T. as the special guests joining Ultra Sunn for the night.
Who Is Ultra Sunn?
Ultra Sunn is described as a Brussels-based EBM and coldwave duo, according to Artoffact Records, the label behind the group's music. The outfit pairs Huge's vocals with Souflet's synth work, a combination the label characterizes as commanding and meticulous in equal measure. Their sound is rooted in classic electronic body music filtered through the hypnotic pulse of Belgian new beat, per the same label.
That sonic palette carries through to the band's sophomore album, The Beast In You, which Artoffact Records released. The label had set the album for release in late 2025. The ten-track record, as noted by Ghost Cult Magazine, further cemented the group's footing in the contemporary darkwave scene, according to Artoffact's own announcement of the band's subsequent 2026 European tour dates.
A Tour That Has Spanned Continents
The Orlando stop comes after months of touring. Ghost Cult Magazine reported that Ultra Sunn's North American run was slated to kick off on April 2 at the Rickshaw Theatre in Vancouver, Canada, before the band carried the Beast In You Tour across the continent. Following that leg, the group also announced an extensive run of European tour dates for early 2026 in support of the album, per Artoffact Records.
Now the tour lands in Central Florida, giving local fans of EBM and coldwave a rare chance to catch the Brussels act in person. With Soft Vein and L.U.S.T. opening, Saturday's bill at The Abbey offers a full night built around the genre's darker, rhythm-driven edges.
