PhillyVoice reports that the schedule starts with a welcome and awards presentation at noon, with panels beginning at 12:15 p.m. and signing time scheduled for 3 to 4 p.m.
Visitor details
PhillyVoice reports that doors are scheduled to open at 11:15 a.m. and attendance is capped at 250. FearLit lists tickets starting at $35 plus fees, with upgraded seating options. The event is for attendees 21 and older, according to its Eventbrite listing, as reported by PhillyVoice.
Flood protection at Venice Island
The venue is also part of local flood-control infrastructure. The Philadelphia Water Department says the Venice Island Performing Arts and Recreation Center includes technology that can keep up to 4 million gallons of stormwater out of the Schuylkill River during a 1-inch rain storm.
