Hutong Sushi Grill, at 7202 Giles Road in La Vista, appears to have closed.
Grow Omaha's restaurants closing archive lists Hutong Sushi Grill among restaurant closures.
The future of the Giles Road storefront remains uncertain.
Conflicting Signs Online Muddy the Picture
Not every corner of the internet agrees that Hutong is finished. A search result for the restaurant's own website still describes an active online ordering menu, inviting customers to order for carryout or delivery, and a Yelp listing dated November 2, 2024, shows the restaurant's address, phone number and hours under the header “Try Our New Menu.” Whether that information was simply never updated after the restaurant closed is unclear, and the discrepancy means diners hoping to stop by should not assume either version is current.

Grow Omaha's closing archive also lists Foxy Sushi.
For La Vista residents, Hutong's closure leaves unanswered questions about what might take its place.
