Jimmy O. Yang is coming back to the Strip. The comedian, actor and writer is set to perform two shows at Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas on Saturday, May 29, and Sunday, May 30, 2027, both at 8 p.m., marking the closing stop of his newly announced Has No Friends Tour.
According to Deadline, the multi-city run kicks off in Tampa, Florida, on January 15, 2027, before winding through stops including Los Angeles, New York, Washington, D.C., and Toronto on its way to the Las Vegas finale. Wynn Las Vegas describes the return engagement as two nights of stand-up at Encore Theater, according to wynnlasvegas.com.
A Familiar Stage for Yang
This won't be Yang's first time on that stage. He made his Encore Theater venue debut back in May 2025 with two back-to-back shows as part of what was then billed as his Big & Tall Tour, his third and largest tour at the time, per BroadwayWorld. Tickets for those 2025 shows went on sale to the public that February at 10 a.m. Pacific Time, the outlet reported.
Encore Theater itself holds 1,480 seats, a size the venue's own materials call intimate and state-of-the-art. For a comedian who's been steadily building his stand-up profile alongside his screen work, a return engagement at the same room signals the kind of repeat draw that keeps a venue booking someone back.
New Special, Familiar Faces From the Screen
Yang released his third stand-up special, Finally Home, earlier in 2026. The special was filmed during five sold-out shows at Hong Kong Coliseum, his hometown venue, and is now streaming on Hulu, per the same Deadline report. Beyond stand-up, Yang is known for roles in HBO's Silicon Valley, Crazy Rich Asians and Hulu's Interior Chinatown.
As first reported locally by FOX5 Vegas, ticket information for the Las Vegas shows is available through wynnlasvegas.com, with tickets also going on sale October 16, 2026, at noon Pacific Time via Ticketmaster.com. Venue presales are scheduled to begin Thursday, October 15, at noon local time, with the general onsale following at the same time the next day, according to Deadline's reporting.
Closing Out a Cross-Country Run
With stops already locked in across Los Angeles, New York, Washington, D.C., and Toronto, the Has No Friends Tour positions Las Vegas as the symbolic final bow for the run. Fans hoping to catch Yang before he heads back into film and television work will have two chances that final weekend in May, both inside the same Encore Theater room where he first tested out a Vegas crowd two years earlier.
