Palmview has a new place to grab a Hot-N-Ready pizza. Little Caesars announced that its newest restaurant, located at 180 North La Homa Road, is now open for business, bringing the chain's signature lineup of pizza, breadsticks and wings to another corner of Hidalgo County.

According to Texas Border Business, the new restaurant will host a grand opening celebration in November, inviting the Palmview community to enjoy giveaways, free entertainment and a variety of family-friendly activities. The outlet reports that additional details about the celebration will be announced soon, so residents hoping to attend will need to keep an eye out for a firm date.

What's On the Menu at the New Palmview Spot

The Palmview location will serve Little Caesars' familiar roster of signature products, including Hot-N-Ready pizza, Crazy Bread and Caesar Wings, as well as the fan-favorite Crazy Puffs. The chain's pizza dough is made fresh in-house daily, and every pizza features a 100% blend of real mozzarella and Muenster cheeses, per the same report.

Hours at the new restaurant run Sunday through Thursday from 10 a.m. until 11 p.m., with extended hours on Friday and Saturday until midnight. That schedule gives late-night pizza cravings in Palmview a reliable outlet most nights of the week.

A Local Face Behind a Global Brand

Josh Hill, brand president at Sizzling Caesar, framed the Palmview opening around convenience for nearby residents. “Our goal is to make it easier than ever for guests to enjoy reliable quality, speed, and value close to home,” Hill said, according to Texas Border Business. Little Caesars has thousands of stores globally, and the Palmview location adds one more to that count along the border.

Hill's title points to a much larger operation behind the counter. As Franchise Times reports, Hill serves as the global brand president of Little Caesars at Sizzling Platter, overseeing the organization's 364 U.S. and 111 Mexican Little Caesars restaurants. Sizzling Platter itself owns and operates 475 Little Caesars restaurants across two countries, making it one of the brand's largest franchise operators.

The Business Behind the Expansion

Sizzling Platter's Little Caesars footprint has grown considerably in recent years. The franchise's portfolio increased from about 250 U.S. locations to more than 360 during its six years under previous ownership group CapitalSpring, Franchise Times notes. The companies announced Bain Capital's acquisition of Sizzling Platter on July 2, 2025, and in 2024 the company reported $1.1 billion in sales with more than 700 locations overall.

Palmview's new location joins a string of recent Little Caesars openings around Texas. Earlier this month, the chain opened a restaurant in Lavon at 845 S. State Highway 78, Suite 120, according to Blue Ribbon News. Little Caesars also opened a third Plano location back in May, as reported by Community Impact, and separately announced a new restaurant in Odessa at 1831 East 87th Street, per Yahoo News.

For now, Palmview residents can already walk in and order from the new menu on La Homa Road. The bigger celebration, with giveaways and entertainment, is still to come once Little Caesars shares a firm date for November.
