South McAllen Neighbor Raises Alley Traffic Concerns as Commission Approves Rezoning
Mario Quintanilla said mail vehicles sometimes struggle on nearby 17th Street and worried a duplex would use the alley by his home for access. He asked the commission to explore alternatives, not stop the development.
