San Tan Valley's newest 24-hour gym is throwing open its doors for a community celebration this Thursday, Oct. 22, complete with a DJ, a food truck, local vendors and a photo booth. The party marks the formal welcome for EōS Fitness' first location in the San Tan Valley area, a 40,000-square-foot facility that quietly opened about three weeks earlier inside Skyline Ranch Marketplace.
The grand opening party runs Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the gym, located at 1404 W. Hunt Hwy, according to SanTanValley.com. EōS Fitness is describing the event as a celebration with the community, and the gathering will include giveaways for members alongside the food truck, DJ and vendor booths.
The San Tan Valley gym is EōS Fitness' 47th location in Arizona, and the newly built facility opened Sept. 30, according to Greater Phoenix In Business Magazine. The outlet's report notes the gym operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with month-to-month memberships starting at $9.99 per EōS's own pricing.
Recovery Amenities Set This Location Apart
Beyond the standard racks of cardio and strength equipment, the facility leans heavily into recovery. The gym features MOVEōS Cinema, a cardio theater where members can watch movies on a big screen while they work out, the same magazine's report notes. There's also a dedicated Recovery Room stocked with massage chairs and a separate area known as The Tank, which includes percussion massagers, compression boots and professional-grade stretch tables.
For members chasing contrast therapy, CryoLounge+ loungers offer targeted cooling and heating zones for specific body areas. The gym also includes saunas, group fitness classes, certified personal trainers and SilverSneakers, a fitness benefit aimed at senior members. Strength-focused members get Olympic lifting platforms and free weights up to 150 pounds, while an indoor turf space called the EōS Yard and an outdoor area known as The Backyard round out the training options, per the same report.
Prospective members who haven't tried the gym yet can claim a free seven-day pass with no credit card required, though the offer comes with restrictions and is limited to first-time guests at least 18 years old who live within 25 miles of the location, according to eosfitness.com. Every EōS membership also comes with a free one-hour welcome workout with a certified personal trainer.
Part Of A Fast-Growing Retail Corner
The gym's arrival fits into a broader build-out at Skyline Ranch Marketplace, situated at the northeast corner of Hunt Highway and Gary Road, according to Pennant Development. The shopping center has added several new businesses recently, and the developer notes a high-volume Walmart across the street ranks among the top 10 in customer count for the entire Phoenix metro area.
San Tan Valley has been described as one of the fastest-growing submarkets in the Phoenix metropolitan area, with a projected population exceeding 110,000 by 2025 and annual growth of around 2.6%, according to a PRNewswire release. Existing tenants at the marketplace include The Home Depot, Panda Express and Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, while leases have been signed with Ulta Beauty, Marshalls, HomeGoods, PetSmart and Five Below.
The shopping center's full build-out isn't expected to wrap until 2027, according to Braden AZ Homes. That same report notes Marshalls and HomeGoods held their own grand openings on Aug. 27, while a 272-unit apartment complex called Tecoma Square opened nearby on Aug. 10, adding to the residential growth feeding foot traffic to the corridor.
Part Of A Larger Expansion Push
The San Tan Valley opening fits into EōS Fitness' broader national growth strategy. The company reported having more than 225 gym locations open or on the way as of April, with a stated goal of operating 250 gyms by 2030, according to a company press release posted on eosfitness.com. During the first quarter of 2026 alone, EōS acquired 14 gyms across Arizona, California, Florida and Texas while opening three new locations and signing 11 additional leases.
